Silvio Grandis built his first bicycle in 1930 in Verona. After WWII he became a race mechanic, riding in the team cars during races. In 1965, with a burgeoning reputation for frame building, he began to brand his bikes with the Grandis name. With their father often at races, Grandis' sons Mario and Ezio took up the reigns at the workshop, eventually moving to larger premises in 1986. Alongside carbon and aluminium, steel frames are still in production today bearing the Grandis logo.
Our frames are checked for wear, damage and alignment.
