Built bikes must be partially disassembled for shipping. This usually includes but is not limited to: turned/removed handlebars, removed seatpost with saddle, one or two wheels removed. If you are not comfortable setting up your bike to ride, you must bring the bike to your local bike shop for this final step. We are happy to ship directly to your local bike shop if you have arranged this with them.

We ship with a 2-day delivery from date of completion of your bike. You will be provided with tracking details and the option to modify your delivery directly with the shipper.

Should your items arrive faulty or damaged we will arrange for collection and return.
